Our purpose

We believe the home for our residents is more than a comfy bed. It’s where you feel welcome. Where you’re known. Where you belong. At Scape, we create a home of belonging. Places that support university life and help residents feel comfortable and at ease while living away from home. Through thoughtfully designed rooms and buildings, and the way we show up every day, we create environments where students feel safe, supported, and connected to their space, their community, and each other. Because when you feel like you belong, everything else becomes possible.

At university, students are doing some of the most important work of their lives. Where they live should support that by offering calm, comfort, and a genuine sense of home.

Our student accommodation is designed to help residents settle in quickly, feel secure, and focus on studying, living, and making the most of each day.

Everyday moments matter here.

From the first hello to the conversations that follow, we help open doors to connection by introducing residents to new ideas, new people, and the city and community around them. At Scape, it’s personal. We show genuine care and offer guidance that can make a meaningful difference throughout university and beyond.
