About Scape
Scape is Australia’s leading student accommodation provider, inspiring places to live, study, and thrive. Our goal is to create a home where every student feels they belong.
Scape launched in Australia in 2014 and has since become the biggest purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) owner and operator.
Scape is home to over 18,500 beds in 38 buildings across Australia’s four key educational precincts – Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide – as well as 10 buildings in planning and development, which will bring the portfolio to 23,000 beds by 2025.
Scape employs more than 800 people and is the largest investor in Australia’s higher education sector, with $6 billion (AUD) in capital committed since 2018.

We believe the home for our residents is more than a comfy bed. It’s where you feel welcome. Where you’re known. Where you belong. At Scape, we create a home of belonging. Places that support university life and help residents feel comfortable and at ease while living away from home. Through thoughtfully designed rooms and buildings, and the way we show up every day, we create environments where students feel safe, supported, and connected to their space, their community, and each other. Because when you feel like you belong, everything else becomes possible.
